We are seeking a proactive Contract Manager to join our client immediately. This is a critical role designed to provide stability and expert oversight as they transition into a new operating model. Whether your expertise lies in Soft Services, Hard Services, or broad Facilities Management, we need your capability to ensure a complex, multi-site environment remains high-performing.

About the Role

This role is about momentum. You will take ownership of end-to-end performance and oversight of essential site services while supporting our internal shift to a new way of working.

  • Operational Transition: Support the seamless move into the new operating model, ensuring service continuity.

  • Service Delivery: Drive vendor performance through on-site quality checks, audits, and rigorous KPI management.

  • Team Leadership: Lead an internal maintenance team to ensure general site upkeep and service goals are met.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial integrity of contracts, including budget forecasting and invoice verification.

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all external partners adhere to rigorous health and safety protocols and contractor risk standards.

Skills & Experience

To hit the ground running, you will need a commercial background and the ability to manage complex relationships during a period of change.

  • Contract Management Expertise: Proven experience in supervising external providers and overseeing contract lifecycles (Hard, Soft, or Generalist FM background).

  • H&S Proficiency: Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and contractor risk management.

  • Financial Acumen: Capability in budget control, cost management, and financial administration.

  • Adaptability: The interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal staff and vendors during a transition phase.
